Die Release Notes erscheinen auf Englisch.
Changelog
All notable product changes to Lemric Service Desk are documented here.
v0.2.5
Released: 2026-08-21
Jira comments on a linked request are recorded on the workspace. Organisation owners can save a member profile without picking a translation language. Workspace hosts start without the operator database pool.
Fixed
- Jira comments posted to the workspace host are recorded on the linked request.
- Organisation owners can save a member’s profile without choosing a translation language.
- Workspace sites start when immutable audit archive is enabled for the operator console.
v0.2.4
Released: 2026-08-21
Agent and organisation-admin chrome stay on the workspace. Knowledge settings sit beside the service desk, and Lemric Account is labelled when it opens lemric.com.
Improved
- Agents and admins stay on the workspace; Lemric Account is labelled when it opens lemric.com.
- Knowledge configuration sits beside the service desk, not buried under leftovers.
- Agents open assigned work and at-risk SLA from the console sidebar.
- Agents handle a request on one canvas, with a place for suggested help articles.
- Settings can be searched, including knowledge, without leaving the workspace.
- Every active staff member occupies a seat; requesters do not.
- Admins can invite colleagues from a spreadsheet and land people on the right home after they accept.
- Access can be limited by help centre, queue, or language, without locking public help when a topic has no extra rules.
- Jira and GitHub stay on the request as links with clear status. GitHub comments from the tracker stay internal so customers are not spammed. Connecting Jira can be tested before agents rely on it.
v0.2.3
Released: 2026-08-09
This release completes live inbox updates across the signed-in app, serves legal
documents from product Markdown, and clears Safari Content Security Policy
noise on every page.
Improved
- The unread notification badge updates live via Mercure on every signed-in app
page (console, portal, admin, and account), not only on queue and ticket views.
Fixed
- Safari no longer reports a Content Security Policy stylesheet error on every
page: htmx no longer injects an inline indicator stylesheet. - Terms, Privacy, DPA, and Subprocessors are served from the product Markdown
files (Polish is binding when a translation is missing). The operator legal
CMS editor and publish flow are removed.
v0.2.2
Released: 2026-08-09
New
- German and Czech interface languages.
Fixed
- Bulk actions in the agent console reported
Updated {{count}} request(s)
instead of the number of requests updated, and the onboarding pages showed
%{days}and%{n}where a number belonged. - The blocked-subdomain list in the operator console was headed “Dictionary”.
- Pages that could not reach the platform operations database named an
environment variable at the reader; the content-encryption screen referred to
internal key material. Both now say what to do instead. - The request form’s option list said “comma-separated” while its own hint said
one per line; the parser accepts one per line. - Polish copy no longer addresses every reader as male, and no longer mixes
emailwithe-mail. - English copy is consistently British (
organisation,cancelled,
authorised); the SSO and sign-in screens had drifted to American spelling. - One organisation is called an “organisation” everywhere. “Workspace” and
“tenant” no longer appear as three names for the same thing.
v0.2.1
Released: 2026-08-09
Fixed
- Agent console, workspace admin, and ops sidebars stay visible on desktop again
(drawer starts open so navigation is not hidden behind a closed details panel). - Admin and account settings pages no longer use inline styles that Safari blocks
under the product Content Security Policy.
v0.2.0
Released: 2026-08-09
Lemric Service Desk 0.2.0 strengthens day-one workspace setup and hardens the
service desk operators already rely on. New organisations walk a guided
onboarding path with templates and a clear payment step; agents and customers
see more accurate SLA, workflow, and live-update behaviour across console and
portal.
New
- Guided workspace onboarding: company and billing details, a choice of
service-desk template (or skip), optional staff invites with a cost summary,
then pay now or finish with only the included seat. - Ready-made workspace templates for a standard help desk and a corporate IT
starter, installable during onboarding or later from Service Desk settings. - Seven-day seat trial when unpaid agent seats are accepted; after the trial,
the public workspace stays unavailable while the owner can still sign in and
complete billing.
Improved
- Legal documents (Terms, Privacy, DPA, and subprocessors) are clearer in Polish
and English, with better structure and purpose tables for GDPR readers. - Agent queues honour the workspace’s default sort, load bulk actions more
efficiently, and can sort or filter open work by SLA due time. - Portal request lists and common admin hot paths respond faster under load,
including safer rate limiting on public contact submissions. - Help centre search returns more relevant results with clearer snippets.
Fixed
- SLA breach reporting and queue indicators stay aligned when no separate breach
automation rule exists; overdue clocks are marked breached by the scheduler. - Queue, portal, and search SLA columns follow the active first- or next-response
deadline instead of a completed first-response clock. - Customer portal close/reopen and ticket merge follow the workspace workflow, so
renamed statuses no longer strand requests. - Automations that change ticket status use the same workflow rules and required
fields as the agent console. - Changing priority or moving a ticket to a queue with a different business
calendar recalculates SLA deadlines without losing pause credit from waiting
states. - Ticket activity history keeps a stable order when several fields change at once.
- New requests from signed-in customers link to their organisation; existing
requests are backfilled so shared organisation portal views work. - Live ticket updates retry failed publishes and recover more reliably; agents
with access to all queues see live list refresh across those queues. - Operational reports exclude spam from created, closed, and backlog counts and
count reopens in the selected window; notification mail skips spam and
anonymized placeholder addresses.
0.1.21
Improved
- Agent console queue lists paginate and sort in SQL (priority, SLA, activity) so large workspaces stay usable (#56).
- Static CSS/JS cache-busting is stable across pods for the same release (#58).
- Common ticket actions (assign, priority, queue, status) update the ticket panel without a full page reload; queue filters apply on change; bulk queue actions and a keyboard-accessible console drawer (#57).
0.1.20
Added
- Stricter workspace subdomain rules (reserved, blocked dictionary, forbidden names); ops can block or rename a subdomain with a reason; soft-deleted workspaces stay blocked and are hard-purged after 30 days (#51).
- Unpaid workspaces (
past_due/ canceled) are hard-blocked from their public host; operators can override payment status (auto / paid / unpaid) onadmin.lemric.comwith a reason (#52).
Fixed
- Suspended or closed workspaces no longer serve their public host (help centre, portal, console, or sign-in); operators can soft-delete a workspace (#49).
0.1.18
Added
- Live notification badge and live refresh of agent queues, agent tickets, and customer request lists/details over Mercure EventSource with HTMX fragments (#45).

v0.1.13
Added
- Delete request types from admin Service Desk settings; refuse delete while an active contact category still references the type (#31).
- Support catalogue refresh purges leftover non-product request types (#31).
v0.1.12
Fixed
- Apex marketing chrome footer rewrites “Report illegal content” to
security.lemric.cominstead of relative/legal/content-notice(#29).
v0.1.11
Added
- Move “Report illegal content” intake to the
security.lemric.comcontact catalogue; footers and legacy/legal/content-noticeredirect there (#29).
v0.1.10
Fixed
- Hide the embed
widgetchannel from the public portal contact picker; it remains an API origin only (#26). provisionworkspace -catalogdefaults tononeinstead of inventing a corporate IT catalogue (#27).
v0.1.9
Fixed
- Replace corporate IT categories on
support.lemric.comwith Lemric product-support intake (security, bug, billing, account, how-to, feature, misc) (#24).
v0.1.8
Added
- Harden the public contact widget to a Jira-grade embed model: public site ID, closed Shadow DOM, Origin/HTTPS allowlist, stricter widget API rate limits (#23).
v0.1.7
Fixed
- Bake product
VERSIONand release notes into production images so footers no longer show development builds on tagged deploys (#20, #21).
